Eligibility

The service is for adults. You confirm that you are at least 18 and that adult content is legal for you to view where you are. You are responsible for keeping your login to yourself.

The service

SeducedAI is interactive fiction. The characters are invented, their replies are generated by AI, and anything they say may be inaccurate, inconsistent or unsuitable as advice. Nothing in a scene is a promise or a statement of fact.

Your content

What you write remains yours. You allow us to store and process it to provide the service, including the notes characters keep and the checks that keep scenes within our Boundaries.

Fees

The service is currently free. Any future paid feature will be described in advance and only charged with your explicit agreement.

Suspension and closure

You may ask us to close your account at any time by email. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or our Boundaries, or that endanger the service or others.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is offered without warranties of any kind. As far as the law permits, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from its use; mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.
