Roleplay works because everyone knows where the edges are. These are ours, and an account that crosses them is closed.

Everyone is an adult

You are 18 or older. Every character is an adult, and no scene may make anyone younger than 18, by age, description or implication.

Yes means yes

No force, no coercion, no one asleep, drunk or otherwise unable to agree.

Some things stay out of every story

Incest, animals and real, identifiable people are never part of a scene.

Play stays play

Do not use a scene to threaten anyone, to plan something illegal or to share private details about a real person.

She is a character, not a counsellor

For health, legal, money or emotional crises, please reach a real professional; in an emergency, call your local emergency number.

A message that breaks these is stopped before it reaches the story, and she will move the scene elsewhere.
